We promote skill development through structured guidance, peer mentoring and practical instruction helping build capable, confident teams that meet both operational and compliance standards.

Technology Integration

BRS leverages advanced technology to enhance operational oversight, planning, and stakeholder engagement. Our vehicles are equipped with Topcon GPS Supervisor kits for precise monitoring of earthmoving operations and our qualified drone pilots use DJI drones with RTK base stations for high-resolution aerial mapping, survey pickups and volumetric analysis.

We’ve successfully utilised Propeller software to support daily progress tracking, enabling all stakeholders to log in and visually monitor site advancement in real time. This transparency improves coordination, supports informed decision-making and keeps teams aligned with project priorities.

Survey Support

Bell Resource Services is not a surveying company, but we provide valuable support to survey teams during peak workloads or high-demand phases. We can assist with sourcing contract surveyors and offer qualified drone pilots to conduct aerial mapping, survey pickups and volumetric analysis using RTK-enabled drone technology.
